The JPO and the Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Ministry of Commerce, started the PPH pilot program on January 1, 2014. The PPH pilot program will include PCT applications that have received positive treatment by the JPO.
The JPO has now extended the PPH to 27 countries and/or authorities.
