Mr. Tobeta joined ONDA TECHNO in 2005. He is a graduate of Niigata University (B.S. Electrical Engineering) and The University of Electro-Communications (M.S. Information Network System). He was admitted to the Japan Patent Attorneys Association in 2010. Representative technical matters he has handled include software technology, electrical technologies.
