Ms. Liang joined ONDA TECHNO in 2023, after working for 25 years at a major patent firm in Japan. She enjoys a wealth of connections in the intellectual property field in China, as she has cultivated long-standing business alliances with numerous local Chinese agent offices. She is a prolific lecturer and has authored an array of articles on intellectual property practices, judicial interpretations, and precedents in China.
