Ms. Shiina, a patent attorney with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the fields of chemistry, including pharmaceuticals, formulation, and biotechnology, joined ONDA TECHNO in September 2024. After completing her Master’s degree at the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences - University of Tokyo, she worked at a pharmaceutical company, gaining valuable experience in drug development and intellectual property management as part of both the clinical development and intellectual property departments. Ms. Shiina was registered as a patent attorney in 2003 and obtained her IP Infringement/Litigation license in 2005. Since then, she has assisted numerous clients in protecting their intellectual property as a member of a patent law firm.

Ms. Shiina is widely regarded in academic circles, including inclusion as a notable presenter at the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Acute Medicine. She also holds a professional pharmacist license. With her extensive experience and specialized knowledge, she is committed to meeting the intellectual property needs of our clients.
