Yu Xia
Mr. Xia joined ONDA TECHNO in April 1997 after working at the R&D Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry of China and the China Council for Promotion of Foreign Applied Technology Interchanges for ten years. He was promoted to the general manager of ONDA TECHNO Consulting Shanghai Co., Ltd. in March 2002, and to the president & CEO of ONDA TECHNO Shanghai Trademark Agency Co., Ltd. in September 2003. He graduated from Hunan University in China in 1983 (B.S. Mechanical Engineering) and also graduated from Ibaragi University in 1997 (M.S. Science and Engineering). Representative technical matters he has handled include cases in the mechanical and material processing engineering fields. His experience includes the preparation and prosecution of electrical and mechanical patent applications in Chinese and Japanese, translation of patent applications in Chinese and Japanese, interpretation of IP-related matters on Chinese and Japanese, patent, design and trademark research in China, consulting regarding the patent system in China and technical transfer planning. He has written and lectured about High Nitrogen Bearing Austenitic Steels many times. He is a member of the Shanghai IPG and Guangdong IPG. He is fluent in Japanese and is a native speaker of Chinese.
Jin Wang(Chinese Patent Attorney)
Ms. Wang joined ONDA TECHNO Shanghai Trademark Agency Co., Ltd. in 2002. She is a graduate of Fudan University of Mathematics (B.S. Control Science). She has proficient language abilities in English, Japanese and Chinese. She was admitted to the All-China Patent Agents Association in 2006. Ms. Wang is now working in the area of trademark matters.
Chengyu Zhang
Mr. Zhang graduated from Shanghai Science and Technology University (B.S Computation Mathematics) in 1984. He worked as a programmer in Shanghai Computer Technology & Service Co., Ltd. for five years since 1984. He was enrolled in Sony Language Laboratory Nagoya School in Japan to study Japanese for one and a half years since 1989, and passed Level 1 of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test in 1990. He graduated from Gifu University Graduate School of Engineering (M.S Electronics & Information Engineering) in Japan in 1994. He worked as a programmer in Tokai Computer System Co., Ltd. in Japan in 1994. Since 1995, he worked as a Japanese translator in Japan enterprises or Japan-owned enterprises in China. He joined ONDA TECHNO Consulting Shanghai Co., Ltd. in 2007, responsible for translating patent specification and claims.
Jiping Miao
Mr. Miao joined ONDA TECHNO Shanghai Trademark Agency Co., Ltd in 2006. He graduated from Foreign Language University (English Major). and has proficient language abilities in English and Chinese. Mr. Miao is now working in the area of trademark matter.
Yan Yang
Ms. Yang joined ONDA TECHNO Shanghai Trademark Agency Co., Ltd. in 2005. She is a graduate of Donghua University (Bachelor of Law). She is now handling domestic and foreign trademark applications. She has proficient language abilities in both Chinese and English.
